By accessing and using VidQuickly ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

VidQuickly provides a video downloading service that allows users to download videos from various platforms for personal, non-commercial use. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Respect intellectual property rights and only download content you have the right to download
  • Not use the Service to download copyrighted content without proper authorization
  • Not attempt to circumvent any limitations or restrictions we impose on your account
  • Not use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Copyright and Content Rights

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to download and use any content
  • VidQuickly does not claim ownership of any content downloaded through the Service
  • We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.

5.3 Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.

5.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

5.5 Refunds: Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, subject to our refund policy.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • You abuse or misuse the Service
  • Your payment fails or your subscription is not maintained

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidQuickly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
